VEC Engineering personnel have completed numerous Environmental Assessments, and structural, geotechnical investigations, hydrogeologic investigations evaluations for a variety of industrial, commercial structures and large residential developments for both private and public sectors. Our Staff has completed engineering design of residential developments, large campgrounds, roadways, sewer and water systems, foundations, structural restoration, wastewater treatment plants, soil remediation systems and Office/Laboratory structures.  We managed the full service design of the structures and followed the projects through construction to completion.  Environmental projects have included a number of Brownfield redevelopments, associated with downtown redevelopments, commercial and industrial properties.  We have also provided complete facility evaluations to assess the current conditions of the facility including the condition of structural, mechanical and electrical components and potential code violations.  These assessments included preparation of cost estimates to address current issues identified by the assessment and estimated costs and schedule for the replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
